Guest guest Posted January 8, 2002 Report Share Posted January 8, 2002 Poor Man's Pesto 1 bunch fresh cilantro (washed) 2 bunches fresh parsley (washed) 1/4 - 1/2 head of fresh garlic cloves 1/4 cup walnuts salt to taste Virgin olive oil lemon juice to taste rice, noodles, or pizza crust In food processor, put cilantro and parsley. Add walnuts garlic, olive oil, lemon juice and salt to personal taste. Puree. Can be used over noodles or rice, as a dip or spread, or on gourmet pizza.
