Guest guest Posted January 8, 2002 Report Share Posted January 8, 2002 Swiss Stake 'n Potatoes 2 large onions sliced 1 cup fresh mushrooms -- sliced 1 tablespoon margarine -- softened 2 15 oz cans new potatoes -- (save the liquid for sauté) 2 13 oz cans Loma Linda® Swiss Stake Sauté onions and mushrooms in margarine. Add liquid from potatoes and remove from heat. Arrange LOMA LINDA Swiss Stake in 13 1/2 x 8 3/4- inch casserole dish. Cover with sautéed mixture. Place potatoes around Swiss Stake.
