Guest guest Posted January 8, 2002 Report Share Posted January 8, 2002 Roasted Asparagus This is so easy, but sooooooo good. Trim or snap or peel the asparagus whatever suits it. Put it in a pan. Brush or sprinkle with olive oil. Sprinkle on some salt and pepper. Pop into a 450 oven for approx 10 minutes. Shake the pan a couple of times. You can add minced garlic, bread crumbs and parmesean cheese, but it is delicious with just the oil and salt. It's great because it stays firm, no stringiness. This is wonderful stuff.
