Guest guest Posted January 8, 2002 Report Share Posted January 8, 2002 Vegan Burger Spaghetti Sauce 1 tablespoon olive oil 1/2 cup diced onions 1/2 cup diced green peppers 2 cloves minced garlic 1 28 oz can diced tomatoes 1 15 oz can tomato sauce 1 cup water 1 tablespoon sugar 1/4 teaspoon black pepper 1 tablespoon Italian seasoning 4 Natural Touch® Vegan Burger Patties -- crumbled In a large saucepan, sauté onions and green peppers in oil. Add remaining ingredients except NATURAL TOUCH VEGAN BURGER and simmer for 30 minutes. Add NATURAL TOUCH VEGAN BURGER and simmer until heated through. Serve over cooked pasta, if desired.
