Swiss Pot Roast Recipe

 

1 16 oz bag frozen stew vegetables

1 13 oz can Loma Linda® Swiss Stake

1/3 cup water

salt and pepper to taste

Place stew vegetables in 2-quart rectangular glass baking dish.

Sprinkle with salt and pepper, if desired. Layer LOMA LINDA Swiss

Stake on top of vegetables. Rinse can with water and pour over Swiss

Stake. Cover baking dish with foil and bake at 350º F for 40 minutes

or until vegetables are tender
