Guest guest Posted January 8, 2002 Report Share Posted January 8, 2002 Tutti Fruti Salad 1 medium cantaloupe 1 pound green seedless grapes, stems discarded 1 pound nectarines, pitted and diced into 1/2-inch cubes 1 pound apples, cored and diced into 1/2-inch cubes 5 kiwi fruit, peeled, halved and sliced thin, about 1/3-inch 2 limes 3 cups Martinelli Sparkling Cider Wash cantaloupe and cut in half. Scoop seeds out with a tablespoon. Using a melon baller scoop the meat out and place in a large mixing bowl. Add green grapes, california nectarines, apples, and kiwi and set aside. Zest limes with a zester creating long, thin strips of zest. Extract juice from the limes. Add both the juice and zest to the fruit; toss well. Just before serving add the sparkling cider.
