Guest guest Posted January 8, 2002 Report Share Posted January 8, 2002 Ravioli With Broccoli, Tomatoes and Mushrooms Servings : 4 (1 1/2-cup) servings Prep Time : 20 Minutes Ingredients : 1 (25-oz.) pkg. frozen Italian sausage-filled ravioli 1 cup Green Giant® Frozen Broccoli Cuts 1 (14 1/2-oz.) can diced tomatoes with basil, garlic and oregano, undrained 1 (4.5-oz.) jar Green Giant® Sliced Mushrooms, drained 1 oz. (1/4 cup) shredded fresh Parmesan cheese Directions : 1. Bring large saucepan of water to a boil. Add ravioli and broccoli; cook 5 minutes or until ravioli is floating and broccoli is crisp-tender. Drain well in colander or strainer; set aside. 2. Add tomatoes to same saucepan. Bring to a boil. Cook over medium heat for 3 to 5 minutes or until slightly thickened. Add cooked ravioli, broccoli and mushrooms; cook until thoroughly heated, stirring frequently. Sprinkle individual servings with cheese.
