Guest guest Posted January 8, 2002 Report Share Posted January 8, 2002 Emeril's Vegetable-Cashew Stir-Fry With Emeril's Asian Essence 2 tablespoons vegetable oil 1 teaspoon minced garlic 1 teaspoon finely chopped fresh ginger 1 teaspoon finely chopped green onion 3 cups vegetables of choice(such as carrots, onions, snow peas and water chestnuts, or mushrooms), cut into bite-size pieces 1 tablespoon Emeril's Asian Essence 1 tablespoon soy sauce 1 teaspoon sugar 1/4 cup cashews Heat a wok or large sauté pan over high heat. Add vegetables and Emeril's Asian Essence and stir-fry until vegetables have reached desired level of doneness, about 3 minutes. Add soy sauce, sugar and cashews and toss to combine well.
