Guest guest Posted January 8, 2002 Report Share Posted January 8, 2002 Greek Olive Dressing 1/4 cup lemon juice 1/2 cup orange juice concentrate 1 cup water 1/2 cup pitted black or green, ripe olives 3 Tbsp. concentrated fruit sweetener or honey 1 tsp. lime juice (optional) 1/2 fresh onion, or 1/2 Tbsp. onion powder 1/2 Tbsp. Vege-Sal 1 Tbsp. salt 1 tsp. oregano 1 tsp. basil 1/2 tsp. garlic powder (scant) 1/8 tsp. rosemary 1/8 tsp. thyme 1/4 tsp. dill weed Blend all ingredients until smooth.
