Guest guest Posted January 8, 2002 Report Share Posted January 8, 2002 Black Eyed Pea Fritters Makes 20 servings 1/2 pound blackeyed pea soaked 4 garlic cloves crushed 2 teaspoons salt 1 teaspoon black pepper (optional) 4 tablespoons water oil for frying When peas have softened, rub off skins, soak an additional 30 minutes.
