VEGETARIAN CHILI NO CARNE

 

1/2 cup minced parsley

1/2 cup extra virgin,

Organic Bragg olive oil

1 can tomato sauce

2 garlic cloves, diced

1/2 teaspoon chili powder

1 cup chopped tomatoes

1 cup diced onions

2 cups cooked basic kidney beans

1 tsp Bragg Liquid Aminos

Sauté the onion and garlic in 1/8 cup Bragg Olive oil until golden

brown. Combine in large saucepan with the beans, the remaining

ingredients and Bragg Olive Oil and cook for 10 minutes. Optionally,

you may serve with 1 cup grated soy cheese
