Guest guest Posted January 8, 2002 Report Share Posted January 8, 2002 Spinach Tofu Pâté Basic Pâté mixture as above One 10-ounce package of frozen spinach, thawed and squeezed dry 1/2 teaspoon ground nutmeg 2 teaspoons chopped basil (or 1 teaspoon dried basil) 1 teaspoon salt 1 tablespoon cornstarch or arrowroot 2 teaspoons minced garlic However, omit the nutritional yeast and add 2 tablespoons of arrowroot. Place all ingredients in a food processor and blend well. Prepare the loaf pan and bake in a preheated oven at 325 degrees F for 1 1/2 to 2 hours.
