Fresh baby spinach1 cucumber2 tomatoes1 red onion12" flour tortillasSaltFry long strips of the tofu in olive oil and set aside. Mix thevinegar and mustard in the blender. Then make the spinach, cucumber,tomatoes, and onion into a salad and toss with the vinegar andmustard. On each tortilla add a little salad and tofu and sprinklewith salt. Fold in both ends and roll up the tortilla tightly. Sliceyour spinach wraps in half at a diagonal and serve/eat immediately! Language is an expression of thought.
