Guest guest
Fake Egg Recipe1 tsp. baking powder1/2 tsp. baking soda2 Tbsp. flour3 Tbsp. waterCombine ingredients in a small bowl and mix together with a fork or wire whisk until foamy.Use this in place of one egg in baked goods; it works very well in cookies. It is best to whip it up right before adding it to a recipe. The recipe is not meant to replace eggs in really eggy dishes, like scrambled eggs.
