Guest guest Posted January 9, 2002 Report Share Posted January 9, 2002 Nut Loaf 3 cups raw ground cashew nuts 2 cups ground gluten (or TVP) 2 medium onions, chopped 1/4 cup celery, chopped 3 Tbsp. oil (optional) 1 cup bread crumbs 1 cup soy milk 2 Tbsp. cornstarch or egg replacer 3 tsp. McKay's chicken-style seasoning (or Bill's Best Chicknish) 1 Tbsp. soy sauce 1/2 tsp. salt Mix all ingredients together. Pour into oiled pan and cover with foil. SEt in a shallow pan of water. Bake at 350° for 1 hour.
