Enjoy at breakfast or during the day. You may substitute long-grain rice for medium, but the texture will be drier. Preparation hint: Toast pine nuts first to bring out their flavor. Click " View all recipe products " to see all recipe products.) 1 cup(s) Medium grain rice 1 tablespoon(s) Sesame oil to taste Sea Salt 5 cup(s) Water Pine nuts, for garnish -- Instructions Rinse and soak rice; drain. Combine 1 cup water with the pine nuts and grind to form a smooth paste. Combine 2 cups water with the rice and grind to form a smooth paste. In a heavy pot, combine the pine nut and rice mixtures with the sesame oil and remaining water. Cook slowly over low heat for about 45 minutes, stirring frequently. Season with salt and garnish with pine nuts. Serve hot. Language is an expression of thought.
