Balsamic Vinaigrette

This simple dressing, combining the sweetness of balsamic vinegar with

2 tablespoon(s) Balsamic vinegar

1/2 cup(s) Extra virgin olive oil

1 teaspoon(s) Fresh basil, minced

to taste Sea salt

to taste Freshly ground black pepper

Instructions

 

Combine shallots, garlic, sun-dried tomato paste, and balsamic vinegar in a

bowl.

In a steady stream, whisk in olive oil. Add basil and season with salt and

pepper.
