Cannoli is one of the favorite desserts of southern Italy; this cannoli

consists of a crisp, tubular shell filled with a blend of ricotta cheese,

candied orange peel, chocolate, and cinnamon, with the ends dipped in

pistachios. Serve with cappuccino or espresso after an Italian meal.
