Mixed Raita

--

Cooling and creamy, raita is an Indian yogurt salad designed to balance

spicy dishes. Aromatic coriander and cumin add a pleasing nutty depth, while

crisp cucumbers and mint refresh and invigorate the palate. Serve this mixed

raita alongside all full-flavored Indian dishes accompanied by raw vegetable

crudités as a refreshing foil.
