Guest guest Posted January 10, 2002 Report Share Posted January 10, 2002 Pumpkin Pie Fudge3 Cups of sugar1/2 cup butter2/3 cup evaporated milk1/2 cup pumpkin12 oz butterscotch morsels1 (7oz) jar marshmellow creme1 cup toasted almonds1 tsp. vanilla1 tsp pumpkin pie spiceIn a heavy sause pan, combine sugar, butter, milk, pumpkin & pumpkinpie spice, bring to a boil, stirring constantly. Continue boiling overmedium heat, stirring constently until mixture reacjes 234 degrees on acandy thermometer (about 10 minutes). Remove from heat and stir inbuttersctoch morsels until melted. Add marshmellow creme, nuts,vanilla, mixing until well blended. Quickly pour into agreased 9 x 13 pan, spreading until even.
