Guest guest Posted January 11, 2002 Report Share Posted January 11, 2002 No Bake Sugar Free Cheese CakeIngredients1 3/4 cups graham cracker crumbs1/2 cup butter1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon1 (.6 ounce) package sugar free lemon flavored gelatin1 cup boiling water1 (8 ounce) package reduced fat cream cheese2 teaspoons vanilla extract1 cup frozen light whipped topping, thawedDirectionsPreheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). In amedium bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs, butterand cinnamon. Mix well and press into the bottom of a 9inch square pan. Bake in preheated oven for 8 to 10minutes. Remove from oven and allow to cool.Dissolve lemon gelatin in boiling water. Let cool untilthickened, but not set. In a large bowl, beat creamcheese and vanilla until smooth. Blend in lemon gelatin.Fold in whipped topping.Pour filling into crust. Sprinkle top with graham crackercrumbs. Refrigerate over night. Send FREE video emails in Mail.
