Guest guest Posted January 15, 2002 Report Share Posted January 15, 2002 Scrambled Tofu 16 oz Tofu (firm, water-packed) 1 Tbs. Chicken Flavored Seasoning (McKay's) 1 tsp. Onion Powder 1/8 tsp. Tumeric Drain off water from tofu. Wrap tofu in a paper towel and squeeze off remaining water. Shred tofu in a shredder or break into small pices with a fork. Place tofu into a non-stick skillet. Turn stove on medium high. Add seasonings and scramble until almost dry. Serve with hashbrowns, ketchup, wheat toast, and fresh fruit. M-m-m good! Language is an expression of thought.
