Guest guest Posted January 15, 2002 Report Share Posted January 15, 2002 Crispy Oat Bakes 1 c. Water 1/3 c. Oil 1 tsp. Salt 4 c. Oats (quick) 1/2 c. Whole Wheat Bread Flour 1/4 c. Sesame Seeds 1 tsp. Coriander (ground) 1 tsp. Vanilla Mix the water and oil together witha fork. In a seperate bowl, mix all the rest of the ingredients together. Add the water and oil to the bowl and mix all ingredients together with a fork. May be rolled out and cut with a cookie cutter on a cookie sheet. You can also lay a canning-jar lid on your cookie sheet, fill it up with dough, remove the ring, and flatten it out a little bit more. Bake at 375 degrees for 20 minutes (turing it over once after 10 minutes). Serve hot or cold with applesauce, honey, peanut butter, or just eat them plain Language is an expression of thought.
