Guest guest Posted January 15, 2002 Report Share Posted January 15, 2002 Hashbrown Waffles 2 Tbs. Parsley (dried) 4 tsp. Brewer's Yeast 1 tsp. Salt 1/4-1/2 tsp. Garlic Powder 2-3 tsp. Onion Powder 2 Tbs. Olive Oil 4 c. Potatoes, russet (shredded, raw) Mix all ingredients together well. Press into pre-heated, oiled, waffle iron. Close lid firmly and bake 12-15 minutes until browned. Delicious with ketchup. Variation: This recipe also works well with leftover cooked potatoes peeled Language is an expression of thought.
