Breakfast Smoothie

 

1 Banana (very ripe, peeled and frozen)

1/2 c. Strawberries (frozen)

1/2 c. Pineapple chunks or Kiwi slices

1 c. Orange Juice

2 Tbs. Soy Milk (powder)

1/4 c. Tofu (soft)

2 Tbs. Wheat Germ

6-8 cubes ice

 

 

Place all ingredients in a blender. Blend until very smooth. Serve

immediately. Makes 2-3 servings. Serve with toast and peanut butter, cereal

and soy milk
