Guest guest
Basic Gluten 1 1/2 c. Water 1 Onion (Medium, halved) 1/2 c. Brewer's Yeast 1/2 c. Wheat Germ 1-2 Tbs. Chicken Flavored Seasoning or Beef 2 1/4 c. Do-Pep or Gluten Flour 1/2 c. Soy Sauce 6 c. Water 1/8 tsp. Garlic Powder Make broth by combining the soy sauce, 6 c. water, half of the onion (sliced), and garlic powder in a pot. Bring to a boil. Make the gluten by grating the onion and combining it with the 1 1/2 c. water, brewers yeast flakes, wheat germ, chicken like seasoing, and do-pep flour. Mix the gluten together with a fork fairly quickly because the gluten flour soaks up liquids quite fast. Form into a roll and cut off slices and place the slices into the boiling broth. Simmer the gluten in the broth for about 1 1/2 hours. This gluten freezes very well and can be used in soups, casseroles, pot pies, and many other things. Language is an expression of thought.
