Water 2 Vegetable Bouillon Cubes 2 Tbs. Oil 1 Onion (chopped) 2 Bay Leaves 1/2 c. Braggs Liquid Aminos Mix all of the dry ingredients together in a bowl. Add the 2 1/4 c. of water to the mixture while stirring well with a fork. Combine the soy sauce, bay leaf, chopped onion, 9 c. of water, vegetable boullion cubes (or Vegex), and oil in a large pot. Bring to a rapid boil. Slice the gluten dough into 1-2 " sized slices and add to the boiling broth. Boil the gluten for at least 1 hour on low to medium heat. Place a lid lightly on the pot (be careful, it might boil over a little). Enjoy in stir-fry dishes, entrees, and other dishes. This is also very good ground and added to chili.
