Onion Powder 2 Tbs. Lemon Juice 2 Tbs. Honey 1 Tbs. Lemon Juice 1/4 tsp. Celery 1 tsp. Onion Powder 1/4 tsp. Dill Weed 3/4 tsp. Salt 1/8 tsp. Garlic Powder 1/8 tsp. Basil Blend the first seven ingredients (cashews, water, starch, salt, onion powder, lemon juice, and honey) in a blender for a couple minutes until smooth. Place blended mixture in a saucepan and bring to a boil, stirring constantly. Remove from heat and mix in the remaining ingredients. Place in a bowl and cool before serving. Makes 2 cups. Note: This dressing can be preserved for later use or for traveling. Pour the boiling hot dressing into a small, hot, sterilized jar (such as a canning jar used for jams) and screw on a sealing lid. After it has cooled, check to make sure the jar has sealed. If it hasn't, be sure ot refrigerate it and use it soon. Language is an expression of thought.
