Guest guest Posted January 15, 2002 Report Share Posted January 15, 2002 All-Season Blend 1 1/2 c. Brewer's Yeast (Flakes) 3 Tbs. Salt 1 Tbs. Onion Powder 1 Tbs. Paprika 2 tsp. Garlic Powder 1 tsp. Parsley (dried, flakes) 1/2 tsp. Tumeric 1/4 tsp. Tyme (powder) 1/4 tsp. Marjoram (powder) 1/4 tsp. Dill Seed (ground) Place all ingredients in a blender or food processor, and process until finely ground. Store in a covered container at room temperature. For broth, combine 1 1/2 teaspoons All-Season-Blend and 1 cup of water in a small saucepan. Bring to a boil, simmer for 1 minute, and serve. This seasoning is delicious in soup, sauces, gravies and broth. Yield 1 1/4 cups. Language is an expression of thought.
