Fryless Meatballs (Vegetarian)

 

Use 9x13 Pan. Mix together in a bowl the following ingredients

1 c. Ground Pecans or Walnuts

6 Eggs

1 Large finely chopped Onion

2 c. Colby/Mozerella Cheese

1 c. crushed Ritz or Hi-Ho Crackers

1/2 tsp. Poltry Seasoning

Set aside

 

 

In another bowl, stir the following ingredients together

1/8 c. Oil

1 can of Tomato Soup

1 can of Mushroom Soup

1 can of water

Mix well with a wire wisk

Pour 1/3 of mixture into a 9x13 baking pan

 

 

From other bowl, form into meatballs the size golfballs. Arrange in the

sauce that is in the 9x13 baking pan. When completed, top off with remaining

sauce. Bake 350 degrees for 40 minutes.
