Cashews (ground fine) 1/2 tsp. Paprika 1/2 tsp. Tyme 1/2 tsp. Salt 1/4 c. Arrowroot Powder 1/4 c. Potato Flour 1/4 c. Rice Flour 1/4 c. Water Chop and shred the vegetables (using a food processor saves time). Mix the vegetables, dry ingredients, and nuts together in a bowl. Add the water and mix well. Form in to small patties and place on an oiled cookie sheet. Bakke at 350 degrees for 15 minutes on each side. Makes 12-14 small patties. Variations: Use almonds or sunflower seeds instead of cashews. You can also fry the patties in a small amount of oil rather than baking them. Language is an expression of thought.
