Onions (chopped) 5 Garlic Cloves, minced 2 cans Mushrooms (4 oz., sliced) 2 cans Olives (3.8 oz., sliced) 3 c. Garbanzos (cooked) 2 can Tomatoes (10.75 oz., puree) 1 Tbs. Sugar, white (or honey) 1 Tbs. Beef Flavored Seasoning (or Vegex) 1 1/2 Tbs. Basil (powder) 1-2 tsp. Salt Saute the tomatoes, onions, garlic, and mushrooms together until tender in a large pot. Add the rest of the ingredients and salt to taste. Serve on top of rice. Variations: Try frying the onions, garlic and FRESH mushrooms together with 1 Tbs. or less of oil and then add the tomatoes and other ingredients. Language is an expression of thought.
