Beef Flavored Seasoning (Savita, Vegex, or any other Brown Broth Seasoning) 1 Tbs. Oil 1 medium Onion (chopped) 2 large Potatoes, red (with skins, chopped) 3/4 c. Cracker Crumbs 2 Tbs. Vital Wheat Gluten Flour (or Do-Pep) 1 Tbs. Water 1/4 c.Celery (chopped) 1/2 tsp. Sage some Salt (to taste) Braise onion in oil; add beef flavored seasoning. Mix chopped nuts, potatoes, gluten flour, water and cracker crumbs together in a bowl. Then add the celery, sage, and salt. Place in an oiled loaf pan. Bake at 350 degrees F for 30 minutes.
