Guest guest Posted January 16, 2002 Report Share Posted January 16, 2002 Fruit Cocktail Cake Combine: 1 1/2 c sugar 1/2 t salt 2 t soda 2 c flour add 2 eggs or use egg substitute 1 32oz can fruitcocktail with juice Mix till well blended. Pour into cake pan, Bake 35-40 minutes til done. While cake is baking, combine: 3/4 c sugar 1 cup marg. 1/2 canned milk Bring to boil 1 minute at rolling point.
