Guest guest Posted January 16, 2002 Report Share Posted January 16, 2002 Rice Crackers 1 1/2 c. Rice Flour 1/4 c. Arrowroot Powder 1/2 tsp. Salt 2/3 c. Water 3 Tbs. Oil 1/4 c. Sesame Seeds Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Combine the flour, arrowroot powder, sesame seeds, and salt in a bowl. Mix the oil and water in a separate little bowl with a fork. Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and stir with a fork. Sprinkle some rice flour on the bottom of a cookie sheet. Roll out the dough to about 1/8 to 1/4 inch thick. Use a butter knife to cut the dough into your favorite cracker shape. Bake for 6-8 minutes, or until lightly browned. If thinner crackers turn brown first, remove them and continue baking the rest.
