Guest guest Posted January 16, 2002 Report Share Posted January 16, 2002 Oatmeal Crackers 3 c. Oats 1 1/2 c. White Flour 1/2 c. Whole Wheat Pastry Flour 1 c. Wheat Germ 1 tsp. Salt 2/3 c. Oil 1 c. Water 1-2 Tbs. Brewer's Yeast Mix dry ingredients in a bowl. Mix oil and water together with a fork or wire whip. Mix wet ann ddry ingredients together well with a fork and hands. Divide dough in half and roll out half of the dough on a cookie sheet. Mark/slice into diamonds or squares. Bake at 350 degrees for 15-20 minutes.
