Guest guest Posted January 16, 2002 Report Share Posted January 16, 2002 Tofu-Chili Relleno 2 lbs. Tofu (firm, water packed) 4 Tbs. Beef Flavored Seasoning (McKay's works nice) 1 tsp. Onion Powder 1 can Chili Peppers, diced, about 4 oz.) 1/2 c. Cheese (non-dairy, chedder style) Mash tofu in bowl. Grate cheese. Mix all ingredients together.
