Tofu-Chili Relleno

 

2 lbs. Tofu (firm, water packed)

4 Tbs. Beef Flavored Seasoning (McKay's works nice)

1 tsp. Onion Powder

1 can Chili Peppers, diced, about 4 oz.)

1/2 c. Cheese (non-dairy, chedder style)

 

 

Mash tofu in bowl. Grate cheese. Mix all ingredients together. Press

into 9 x 13 inch pan and one small loaf pan. Bakke uncovered at 450

degrees F for 30 minutes.
