Guest guest Posted January 16, 2002 Report Share Posted January 16, 2002 Unsausage Patties 4 1/2 c. Water 4 1/2 c. Oats (quick cooking) 1/2 c. Soy Sauce (or Liquid Aminos) 1/4 c. Oil 4 tsp. Honey 1 Tbs. Onion Powder 2 tsp. Sage 4 Tbs. Brewer's Yeast (flakes) 1 tsp. Garlic Powder 1/2 tsp. Italian Seasoning Bring water to a boil in a large pot, then add the quick oats and the rest of the ingredients. Allow to cool. Form into patties using a canning jar ring (lay the ring on a cookie sheet, press dough inot the ring, lift up ring from sheet). If the dough sticks too much, dip the ring in cold water in between patties. Bake at 350 degrees F for 15 minutes. Then turn over the patties and bake for another 15 minutes. Patties freeze well.
