Guest guest Posted January 16, 2002 Report Share Posted January 16, 2002 Italian Seasoning - (Italian) 2 Tbs. Basil (dried) 2 Tbs. Marjoram (dried) 2 Tbs. Oregano (dried) 2 Tbs. Coriander (dried) 2 Tbs. Tyme (dried) 2 Tbs. Rosemary (dried) 2 Tbs. Savory (dried) Combine all ingredients in a food processor or coffee grinder and process until finely ground, about 30 seconds. Transferto a glass or plastic container, seal, label and date. Store in a cool dark place for up to 3 months. Good used with pasta sauces or braised or roasted vegetables.
