Guest guest Posted January 16, 2002 Report Share Posted January 16, 2002 Mixed Tofu - (Filipino) 2 Tbs. Corn Starch 1 Tbs. Oil 1 tsp. Garlic (crushed) 1/4 c Onion (red) 1 c. Tomatoes (sliced into cubes) 1 c. Carrots (sliced into rounds) 8 oz. Mushrooms (sliced) 10 oz. Cabbage (Napa) 14 oz. Tofu (extra firm, cut in 1-inch cubes) 2 Tbs. Chicken Flavored Seasoning (McKay's) Put corn starch in a small bowl; add 1/2 cup water, stir, and set aside. Saute garlic, onion, and tomato in hot oil. Add carrots, mushrooms, and 1/2 cup water; let steam for only several seconds. Then add napa cabbage, tofu, and seasoning; mix well. Cook for a minute or two on high until half done.
