Guest guest Posted January 16, 2002 Report Share Posted January 16, 2002 Easy Fried Rice - (Chinese) 4-5 c. Rice (brown rice, cooked) 1 medium Onion (diced) 1 c. Celery (diced small) 2-3 cloves of Garlic 3/4 c Cashews 3/4 tsp. Salt 1/4 tsp. Sugar, white (or honey) Saute onion, celery and garlic. Add the sugar and salt when almost done. In a separate small fry pan, lightly roast the cashews on medium to low heat until they are light brown. Add the rice to the sauted vegetables and stire until heated.
