Guest guest Posted January 16, 2002 Report Share Posted January 16, 2002 Carrot Mushroom Stir-Fry - (Chinese) 1 1/2 c. Carrots (sliced diagonally) 1 1/2 c. Mushrooms (fresh, sliced) 5 Green Onions (chopped) 2 Tbs. Liquid Aminos (like soy sauce) 2 tsp. Oil Turn stove onto high and stir-fry (mix and watch constantly) mushrooms and onions in oil. Once mushrooms are soft, add carrots and continue to stir on high. Add liquid aminos or soy sauce (may want to start with 1 Tbs. and add more to taste). Fry until carrots are barely tender.
