Tasty Tofu - (Chinese)

 

1 lb Tofu (firm)

1/2 c. Brewer's Yeast

Some Salt (to taste)

 

 

Slice the tofu into 1/4 inch thick slices. Place the brewer's yeast

and a little salt into a small bowl. Dip the tofu slices into the

brewer's yeast until well coated. Fry slices in a non-stick fry pan

until lightly brown on both sides. Enjoy with rice, your favorite

Chinese food, or as a simple protein dish with your meal.
