German Noodle Bake

 

1 lb. Liguine Noodles or wide speghettie (cooked)

1 Carton Cottage Cheese

1 Onion (chopped)

3 stalks of Celery (chopped)

1 tsp. Salt

2 tsp. McKays Chicken Seasoning

2 tsp. Caraway Seed

2 tsp. Poppy Seed (optional)

1 small tub Sour Cream

1 can Sauerkraut (drained)

 

 

Saute celery and onion in 1 tablesppon of oil till tender. Set aside.

Cook liguine noodles as dired on package. Drain and rinse completely.

In a large mixing bowl, combine cooked noodles and rest of

ingredients togehter. Mix thoroughly. Pour into a large casserole

baking dish and bake at 350 degrees F for 30-40 minutes uncovered.
