Potatoes & Sauerkraut - (German)

 

Potatoes Steamed and Cut

2 lb 11 oz can of Sauerkraut (with Juice)

2 cans of Mushroom Soup

1 c. of Mayonnaise

 

 

In a 9x13 pan, cut up steamed potatoes (red prefered). If your using

Russets, steam until almost done. Place as deep as you would like.

Pour a can of Sauerkraut over the potatoes with juice. In a separate

bowl, mix 1 can of Mushroom Soup, one cup of Mayonnaise and a little

water, just enough to pour over potatoes and Sauerkraut. Pour sauce

over potatoes and Sauerkraut. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes or

until bubbly. Enjoy!
