Guest guest Posted January 16, 2002 Report Share Posted January 16, 2002 Soy Bean Loaf 1 c. soy beans, soak overnight 1 1/2 c. water 3-4 stalks diced celery 1 diced onion 2 diced pimientos 1 c sliced pitted olives Fresh or dried parsley 1/4 t. garlic powder 1/2 t. salt 1/4 t. paprika 1/2 t. sage 1 T. soy sauce 1 T. yeast flakes (brewers) 1/2 c. bread crumbs or oatmeal Blend soy beans and seasonings in water. Add the other ingredients and put in a casserole baking dish.
