Guest guest Posted January 16, 2002 Report Share Posted January 16, 2002 Tofu Strawberry Shake (serves 6, 125 calories per serving) Ingredients: 10.5 oz. of firm silken tofu - 2 cups of frozen strawberries - 1/4 cup of honey or maple syrup Preparation: 1. Blend all the ingredients in a blender or food processor until you obtain a thick and smooth mixture (if it's too thick for your tastes, you can add a little rice milk). 2.
