Guest guest Posted January 16, 2002 Report Share Posted January 16, 2002 Tropical Tofu Pudding (serves 5, 145 calories per serving) Ingredients: 10.5 oz. of soft silken tofu - 1 medium sized banana - 2 cups of 100% pineapple juice - 8 oz. of pineaple (fresh or canned) Preparation: 1. Crush the pineapple, then put it in the refrigerator until chilled. 2. Combine the crushed pineapple with the pineapple juice (chilled), the banana and the tofu in a blender and process it until perfectly smooth an creamy. 3.
