Vegan Chocolate Cake3 cups flour2 cups sugar2 teaspoons baking soda1 teaspoon salt6 tablespoons cocoa powder2 tablespoons vinegar3/4 cup oil2 teaspoons vanilla2 cups waterStir the entire mixture and bake in a 350 degree oven for 30 minutes.Frost as desired or dust with powdered sugar.
