1 Package(s) Mori-Nu silken soft tofu;

-drained (10.5 oz)

1 Cup(s) Parsley; stems removed

2 Garlic cloves

2 Tablespoon(s) Nutritional yeast " parmesan "

1 Ounce(s) Fresh basil

1 Teaspoon(s) Lemon juice

2 Tablespoon(s) Olive oil

1/4 Teaspoon(s) Black pepper; ground

 

In a blender or food processor, combine all ingredients. Process on

high approximately 30 seconds.

 

Heat and serve over cooked pasta or steamed vegetables.

 

Makes 1 1/3 cups.
